I created this community because I am convinced graduate school does a number on the body. Often grad students: lose/gain weight, stress out, become zombies. I want this community to be a place that promotes healthier living for grad students. People should feel free to post questions or advice regarding healthier grad student living(if that is possible). Share tips about destressing, eating habits, fitness and wellness. However, please use your best judgement when posting or commenting. This community is not to judge people or their habits/actions. If there are any complaints or your post/comment is inappropriate then it will be deleted and/or you may be asked to leave the community.
